2024年度北卡华人联合会（CAFA）董事会和会长选举开始启动！本次选举将选出以下职位：

- 会长1名（任期一年）

- 副会长1名（任期一年）

- 董事会董事5名（四位是三年一位是两年）

请大家关注以下选举日程：

- 提名阶段：1月18日至1月30日

- 候选人确认与公示：1月31日至2月4日

- 投票阶段：2月5日至2月15日

- 公布选举结果：2月16日

合格候选人需要至少3名华联会员提名，请将您的名字、CAFA ID以及被提名人的名字、被提名职位和联系信息按照以下格式发送至：cafancelection2022@gmail.com

The North Carolina Chinese American Friendship Association (CAFA) is a non-political and non-profit organization. Founded in 1996, CAFA has been committed to serving the local Chinese community and beyond, aims to enrich our daily life and promote cultural diversity. CAFA embraces and welcomes more enthusiastic volunteers to join us. Nominations and self-nominations are both encouraged! Thank you!

Open Positions:

President: 1 (1-y term)

Vice President: 1 (1-y term)

Board of Directors: 4 (3-y term) and 1 (2-y term)

The election schedule:

• Nomination: Jan. 18-30

• Confirmation and Publicity of Qualified Candidates: Jan 31- Feb 4

• Voting date: Feb. 5-15

• Voting Results: Feb. 16

Qualified candidates need at least THREE nominations from active CAFA members in 2024.

Only 2024 CAFA members can nominate candidates for 2024 election. All candidates have to be active members as well (2024 CAFA member)
